2020 Winter League Sundays were postponed due to the resurgence Tier III mitigation health measures in place. We have 10 scheduled weeks remaining for Jan-March 2021 season and are hopeful in our discussions with Windy City Fieldhouse that we will begin with an in-person format on Sunday, January 10th! 

Play Hard Hoops will run its 11th Winter league in the 2021 season. PHH Winter League is the top Chicago basketball league for high level instruction (our staff consists of former college players and current travel/high school coaches), fun (we create a positive, encouraging environment), and improvement (a focus on teaching the fundamentals and the key offensive and defensive concepts for today's game). The program has been for boys and girls and had over 230 participants in 2019-20 season. 

The format of the league is TBD as we will place health & safety guidelines as our #1 priority. Likely through 2021 our plan will be to utilize scrimmage pods of 16 total players broken out by grade level/ability. 30 minutes will be spent weekly on skills work and its application to the game+team development with a 40 min game. As we receive more clarity on the health guidelines and improvement, February 2021 could resume full league game competition resembling previous seasons with permanent teams and Championship Games.

Private Pod Training Dates: January 10, 17 (45 minute small group individualized workouts, pods of 3 at each half court rim, and we'll have a fun, constructive workout focused on a specific skill set for each of our boys and girls grade levels. Thanks!)

4th-6th Grade Girls: 12:00-1:20PM

5th-6th Grade Boys: 1:30-2:50PM

7th-8th Grade Boys: 12:00-2:50PM (80 Min. Time Slots Can Vary)

1st-3rd Grade Girls: 3-420PM

3rd-4th Grade Boys: 3:00-4:20PM (Could Add 4:30-6PM Time Slot)

K-3rd Grade Boys: 4:30-5:50PM

Cost: $290 (PHH reversible jersey cost of $20 if needed)
